Customers can claim refund only if the product is damaged or defected within 7 days.
Exchange is eligible if it is claimed within 7 days.
The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 3-5 working days.
In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
This policy applies to local orders only.
Exchanges and refunds during sale or on discounted product is ONLY applicable, if the product received does not match the product you have ordered or it is defected.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for refunds or exchanges.
